You need four things: a computer with hard disk, a modem, software and service provider.

You can send and read messages with it. You can access other computers.

The basic Internet software kit should consist of a dialler.

A dialler is a programme to get you logged In, or connected, with your provider.

For e-mail you need a programme which searches information on the net.
