Can you think of any disadvantages of e-mails? — There are some disadvantages of e-mails. The sender could send viruses and malware through attachments if recipient doesn’t scan it. A long e-mail could cause the recipient to lose interest and stop reading the e-mail altogether.

1. Formal style is common in business, for example. If you are unsure about which style to use in an e-mail, it is better to use a more formal style. If the person replies in a more informal style, you may follow that style in your next message. (C)
